What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, drive traffic, and boost conversion rates.
Conduct Keyword Research & On-Page Optimization: Perform extensive keyword analysis and optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking, to improve rankings and content relevance.
Perform Technical SEO Audits: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed optimization, and structured data implementation to ensure optimal site health and performance.
Analyze Performance & Provide Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track key metrics, measure the success of SEO efforts, and present actionable insights through detailed reports.
Stay Updated with SEO Trends & Collaborate: Keep abreast of the latest algorithm changes and industry trends, while working closely with content creators and developers to implement SEO best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth and improving search engine rankings across various industries.
Expert knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz, with a solid understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategies.
Strong technical SEO skills, including experience with site audits, optimization of crawlability and indexation, and implementation of structured data and schema markup.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience with Local SEO strategies, including optimizing Google My Business profiles, managing citations, and increasing visibility for location-based searches.
Proficiency with advanced SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, and BrightEdge, with expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical SEO issues.
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento, with the ability to implement SEO best practices directly on websites.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with developers and recommend front-end optimizations for SEO improvements.
Understanding of content marketing and link-building strategies, with hands-on experience in developing and executing campaigns to boost domain authority.
