Overview

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across various platforms.
• Content Creation & Management: Design compelling and visually appealing content tailored to each social media platform, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics that align with brand messaging and audience interests.
• Community Engagement: Foster and nurture relationships with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly, and engaging with audiences to build a loyal community around our clients' brands.
• Analyze Performance & Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance metrics, measure the success of campaigns, and present actionable insights through detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Stay Updated on Social Media Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and branding initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of developing successful campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media tools and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and native social media insights.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that reflects brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
• Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with paid social media advertising, including setting up and managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing content and graphics.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they integrate with social media strategies to enhance organic reach and visibility.
• Understanding of content marketing strategies and how to leverage social media to drive traffic and conversions.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to collaborate effectively with web development teams for social media integrations.
