Create and Curate High-Quality Content: Oversee content creation (blog posts, articles, case studies, videos, etc.) that is SEO-optimized, ensuring relevance and value to the target audience.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with SEO specialists, designers, and social media teams to create cohesive digital marketing campaigns that maximize content impact.
Conduct Content Audits and Competitor Research: Analyze existing content performance, identify gaps, and develop strategies to improve rankings, while researching competitors to uncover opportunities for growth.
Track and Measure Content Success: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor content performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest content marketing and SEO trends, algorithm updates, and audience behavior to continuously refine and enhance content strategies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
6+ years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, content optimization techniques, and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with the ability to craft engaging, SEO-optimized content across various platforms
Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar, with the ability to implement SEO best practices directly on websites.
Experience in content distribution strategies, including social media marketing, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
Strong understanding of link-building and content amplification techniques to grow domain authority and increase organic reach.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and understanding of how technical elements affect content SEO performance.
Proven ability to lead content campaigns from ideation through execution, with experience managing content calendars and editorial workflows.
