What You’ll Be Doing:

- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and project management teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and strategies that showcase our services to potential clients.
- Monitor Market Trends & Competitor Activities: Stay updated on industry trends and market shifts to develop competitive strategies and maintain a leading position in the market.
- Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue goals, ensuring the continuous growth and expansion of our client base.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience in B2B sales and a deep understanding of digital marketing and technology services.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage client relationships and track sales performance.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the digital marketing industry, with a solid understanding of web development, SEO, and SaaS products.
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies for new markets and industries, increasing the client base and revenue streams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and forecast business growth.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring sales teams to achieve collective success.
- Knowledge of contract negotiations and financial forecasting, ensuring that all deals are profitable and aligned with business objectives.
