Overview

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of sophisticated web applications that serve as the foundation for our clients’ digital strategies.
• Drive the development and optimization of high-quality front-end solutions using Vue.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with back-end services.
• Guide technical strategy and decision-making for web projects, working closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-driven environment where everyone thrives.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform complex design concepts into intuitive, functional web interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Ensure best-in-class coding standards by conducting in-depth code reviews, implementing rigorous testing protocols, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience in web development, with a focus on architecting and building scalable web applications.
• Proven mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with an in-depth understanding of front-end frameworks such as Vue.js and server-side development using Node.js.
• Comprehensive knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and complex software design patterns.
• Experience working with distributed microservices architectures and deploying scalable, high-performance web solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web technologies, with a proven track record of implementing new tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient understanding of security best practices and experience in implementing solutions to protect web applications and data.
• Familiarity with backend development using Python or Golang, providing a versatile skill set that bridges front-end and back-end requirements.
• Strong leadership qualities, with a history of leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects to successful completion.
