What You’ll Be Doing:

Design Engaging User Interfaces: Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for websites, apps, and other digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience from start to finish.
Conduct User Research & Develop Personas: Perform in-depth user research and create user personas to guide design decisions that align with user needs and business goals.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and refine design concepts, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
Collaborate on UX Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to create cohesive and effective UX strategies that enhance user engagement.
Perform Usability Testing & Analyze Feedback: Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback, and refine designs based on data-driven insights, ensuring the final product delivers an optimal user experience.
Stay Updated on UI/UX Trends: Continuously stay abreast of the latest trends in UI/UX design, implementing cutting-edge techniques and technologies to keep our designs innovative and ahead of the curve.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, usability, and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision, with a solid understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and accessibility standards.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and integrate feedback into design iterations.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles to ensure seamless functionality across various devices.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, allowing you to effectively collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented flawlessly.
Knowledge of design systems and style guides, ensuring consistency across digital products.
Experience conducting A/B testing and data analysis to optimize user experiences and inform design decisions.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to deadlines.
