Overview

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create Eye-Catching Visuals: Design compelling graphics, layouts, and illustrations for various platforms including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Develop Brand Identities: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and refine brand elements such as logos, typography, and color schemes that define a cohesive visual identity.
• Produce Digital & Print Assets: Create a variety of assets, including brochures, banners, infographics, business cards, and social media visuals, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work closely with content creators, digital marketers, and developers to ensure visuals align with marketing strategies and enhance the overall user experience.
• Stay Ahead of Design Trends: Keep up with the latest trends in graphic design, typography, and visual storytelling, applying fresh ideas to enhance the effectiveness of each design project.
• Refine Concepts Through Feedback: Present your designs to clients and team members, gather feedback, and iterate on ideas to deliver polished, impactful visuals that exceed client expectations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing strong design skills and a variety of creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory, with the ability to apply them across different platforms.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and development teams.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with UI/UX design principles, including creating wireframes and mockups that enhance the user experience.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) to create animated visuals for digital marketing campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to communicate effectively with developers and ensure design integrity across digital platforms.
• Experience in creating designs for both print and digital mediums, ensuring that assets meet production requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with keen attention to detail and deadlines.
